Refund Policy

Crest Management & Consultancy only collects payments from its customers upon confirmation of the services to be rendered.

Customers are required to pay the applicable service fee as invoiced by Crest Management & Consultancy for the agreed services.

All service fees paid to Crest Management & Consultancy are strictly non-refundable, except in circumstances where Crest Management & Consultancy is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to the company.

In such cases, the service fees paid shall be refunded to the customer within a reasonable period of time.

No refunds shall be granted for:

  • Change of mind by the customer;
  • Customer’s decision to discontinue the service after engagement;
  • Failure by the customer to provide required documents or information;
  • Rejection, delay, or decisions made by third-party institutions, including banks, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.

By engaging our services and making payment, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Crest Management & Consultancy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
